Providing Golf fitness training, swing speed performance and TPI Screening

We are very fortunate to work with some of the leading golf establishments in Edinburgh.  Dalmahoy Hotel and Country Club is renowned for some of the finest golfing facilities in Edinburgh.  We have been working with their fitness team developing Golf swing screening and programming writing providing members of both leisure and golf top level personal training and golf specific training.

 

Fitness and Wellbeing Education has been working closely with Loretto School Golf Academy and Rick Valentine Golf Academy over the last three years.  we have supported strength and conditioning and help individuals increase their swing speed in some cases by 12 mph in a season.

Holding the benchmark TPI certification helps us working with professionals and amateurs in the game of golf combined with our understanding of physical movement and swing patterns we help golfers move better through the swing reducing injury and creating more power.

Phil has been working with golf professional Jane Turner over the last four years having seen her winning the Bossy ladies Championships in 2017 and recently the Sunshine ladies tour South Africa in February 2018.

GARY JOSS  

 Level 3 Personal Trainer

 Gary is passionate about exercise as well as delivering one-to-one personal training you will find Gary delivering classes in group cycling, Les Mills Bodypump, Bodycombat and SH'Bam. Gary is qualified in delivering golf swing screening and programme writing for those looking for the extra 10 yards!

Tom Hall 

 Level 3 Tersonal Trainer

Tom is our star golfer within the personal training team. Tom uses his natural flexibility and hip speed rotation to generate maximum force relating to a very fast contact speed when driving the ball. Tom is qualified in delivering golf swing screening and programme writing. Tom understands a lot about the golf swing and delivers great one-to-one personal training sessions.
